Who we are

Welcome to the Garden Spa!


We are a wellness hub, founded on the principles of supporting the propagation and cultivation of kindness and giving back to others. We offer massage therapy, including walk-in spot treatments, red light therapy, NASA neuromuscular assessment, stimulation and alignment, infrared sauna and cold water contrast therapy and Halotherapy (dry salt therapy), all in a garden-like setting. Our mission is to bring healing modalities to all that we encounter and to help support whole wellness. We are excited to offer diverse options to support your health, wellness and relaxation and look forward to serving you! We are a locally run business and available to answer questions any time!

Our Services

We offer massage, both for singles and couples, a full spectrum sauna with cold water contrast therapy, red light therapy in our exclusive Vitality Booth, sound therapy on the Wave table, NASA therapy with Laura Buckler,  Light of Cygnus Intuitive Energy Work with Carrie Poe Myles and Halotherapy in our Himalayan Salt room.

 

All of our services are offered in a garden setting, cared for by our awesome cultivation artist, Gaje Turja. We also offer a variety of plants, stones and local art, including photos by 13 year old artist and photographer, Song Turja.
